About This Route

Rund um den Ätna. Als Einstieg in die Runde eignet sich Nicolosi im Nordwesten von Catania.

Zunächst auf der Südwestanfahrt (SP 92) zum Rifugio Sapienza (1906 m). Abfahrt nach Zafferana Etnea. Auf der Abfahrt ist immer mit Lavastaub auf der Straße vor allem in den Kuren zu rechnen. Von Zafferana Etnea auf der SP 59 nach Linguaglossa. Weiter auf der SS 120 und SS 284 über Randazzo und Bronte nach Adrano. Nach Biancavilla auf die SP 160 nach Ragalna und anschließend zum Start nach Nicolosi.
