Il percorso ricalca in gran parte il tracciato della ex ferrovia Spoleto Norcia con i primi 26km piuttosto pianeggianti lungo il fiume e i restanti nella parte montana con ascesa su catrame e discesa sulla ex ferrovia passando per cavalcavia e gallerie completamente buie di forma anche elicoidale. Obbligatorio un sistema di illuminazione da bici o una torcia.

Most of the track is the ex Spoleto Norcia railway with flat firts 26km along the river and after a ripid slope on asphalt there is a downhill on the railway track passing by bridges and complete dark tunnels also with helical shape. You need strong (bike) lights.
