Die Etappe beginnt in Heilbronn, verläuft über Neckarsulm und endet in Eberbach.

Nach Heilbronn kommt man zur schönen Stadt Neckarsulm mit seinem Zweiradmuseum, an der linken Seite radelt man schließlich bis Wimpfen im Tal mit seinem römischen Ursprung und bestaunen dann die mittelalterliche Festungsstadt Bad Wimpfen. Danach verläuft die Strecke weiter mit lauter schönen Burgen und Schlössern. Das Etappenziel ist Eberbach.
