日月潭聖景樓飯店（出發14點順時針環湖）→台21線（環湖公路）→伊達邵碼頭（第一休息處）→玄裝寺（第二休息處）→環湖第一號隧道口右側→轉入日月潭自行車道 →日月潭向山遊客中心（第三休息處）→轉入向山自行車道→水社碼頭（單車道結束休息處）→轉台21線（環湖公路）→聖景樓飯店

二、日月潭→車埕→集集路線：

日月潭聖景樓飯店（出發8點）→台21甲線0km→右轉台21線59.1km→左轉投66鄉線→孔明廟(約4km南投縣魚池鄉文正巷5之10號)→投66鄉線→左轉131線→明湖水庫（約15.60km第一休息處）→明潭水庫（約18.60km參觀處）→車埕車站（約21.60km第二休息處）→轉台16線→轉民權路→轉集集鎮自行車道→集集火車站→和風山寨餐廳（午餐）→山腳巷→台152線道→集集隧道→草嶺巷→綠色隧道東口→添興窯（921震災紀念牆參觀處) →綠色隧道西口（約45km）
