About This Route

Országutival tekertünk a Vértesben, Budapestről az 1-e úton könnyen megközelíthető parkolóból indulva, a Birka csárda elöl.

Sajnos az útvonal utoló pár kilómétere az 1-es főúton halad, ezt nem javasoljuk, de Szárliget felé kerülve ez a szakasz elkerülhető.

Egy helyen eléggé meredek az útvonal (13-as kilóméter környéke) Várgesztesre elég hosszú és alattomos a felfelé út, de megéri, mert lefelé nagyon jó tempóban lehet megtenni kb 10 km-t.

Országutisoknak ajánlott útvonal, csendes, nyugodt útvonalon halad, sokáig autós forgalomtól lezárt úton, erdős vidéken.

A GPS szerint 1400 méter szintkülönbséget tettünk meg(fel+le).

Az útvonalat Garmin GPSMAP 60 CSX-el rögzítettük, nagy pontossággal.
