Good for one day trip. Quite flat and easy even for novices with exception of these 4-5 km. quite step ones between Eleshnitsa village and the monatery. Monastery is worth seeing, because of the murals.

Going out and in of Sofia is not that pleasant, because of the traffic and heavy trucks.
