About This Route

I did not consult my Garmin at any time as I was intent on using it to merely record my route to Scalpsie Bay. Unfortunately, for some reason I had missed the one turning that was required. My excuse was that I may have been distracted by one of two large agricultural tractors and their huge trailers which passed me in fairly quick succession. Anyway, I missed my turn and had to turn back after an extra 2 kilometres or so.

I have since edited the route accordingly.

I found the route leaving Rothesay was reasonable until reaching Rothesay Academy. I had to dismount and push for 500 metres.
