Leave Santa Lucia and climb to Mina de Matahambre.  Then some gentle hills until the big climb of the day.  The best cycling in Cuba ?   Warning: No beer from Minas until Pinar del Rio !

Recommended: Front suspension, seat post suspension, min. 35mm tires.

Difficulty: w/ paniers-challenging. w/o paniers-medium.
