Grossglockner from Fusch

I left at 6.30 AM mid-June from Bruck, I was barely alone until 9 when traffic started to increase. Sun is still low so you don't cook yourself too much. Incredible panorama, you feel on top of the world. Hard climb, after the toll gate pedaling out of saddle is of no help, as climb is a neverending 10% (or so). Patience is the key. The last 1,8 km to Edelweisspitze with cobble stones, +12% and sometimes cold head winds are not to be underestimated. Descent is ... perfect tarmac, views ... you name it. I won't forget this magic climb.
